They lied to me, they sent me a different type of car. When I received the confirmation were it was indicated a different type of car I phone and send them an email that I needed that type of car because we were 3 people with lots of bags. They said not to worry, that email with a different car was a mistake. We were forced to take the different car at the airport because I was going to be late for a work meeting, so we had to curry some of the bags on top of our legs because there wasn't enough space in the boots.
It was not a pleasure trip ....
