"I paid extra for an upgrade to have a luxury car and we received an email initially that it would be a van and then it was Only a small car which we were not notified of. My mum had to pay 10USD for the airport pickup charge which we were not told about in the booking and when I called to find out about this I was also reassured that we would not have to pay anything initially."
