"On returning we were asked to call the driver. The driver was polite but when I spoke to him, he explained he had been sent on a long journey that day and was still making his way back through the traffic and would be an hour late to collect us from the airport. The taxi firm were not able to send another car and we had to wait, spending extra money on refreshments."
